The HP360 printer will not turn on. Was running perfect a few minutes previous. The blue light on the rear of the machine is not on. I have checked power in / disconnected cables / switched on & off but no result. When I turn power to the machine I get no blue light but it makes a faint whistle (maybe a fan within) any suggestions, please?

There was no prior error messages. The machine was in stand by

Hi @sales7516, My main recommendation is to unplug the power cords, wait for 10 minutes, and pug in the power cords again. Check at the back side of the printer near the power cord connection and push the button in order to ensure the switch is turned on. If this is not working, check the power distribution on site. It should provide the proper input voltage and it can be measured by a multimeter. If none of these recommendations work, please contact HP support in order to replace the impacted hardware, as it could be damaged.
