Help! CC Good, PH Good, OPQ Successful but colors are still not right???

#1 gf6763 4 years ago

I am confused and need assistance. I have run calibrations and test plots and everything appears to be in perfect condition. But I have grays that come out tan, and some (not all) blues that come out gray. What is happening? and What can I do to fix it?

Hello @gf6763

In order to give you better feedback, I would like to know which printer do you have.

Hello @gf6763

If all Printheads are in good conditions try to:

  • Reset the color calibration to the factory mode. (Press "settings" then Image quality maintenance > Color calibration > Reset to the factory.)
  • Then, Run a Color Calibration (Press "settings" , then Image quality maintenance > Color calibration > Calibrate.)
  • Repeat the previous steps for all the media you want to “color calibrate.”

The reason to reset the current parameters is that they may be calibrated the color with bad printheads. Let us know if better results.
