Hp Latex 310. Missing Optimizer Cartridge

Came into print today and it says my optimizer cartridge is missing. I had an old one laying around and put it in. Restarted printer and it says it is still missing. Any ideas. Thx in advance.

Hi @scottskinner737618, I suggest to clean the connector between the cartridge and printer and replace the cartridge with a new one (do not use an old one). If it still doesn't still work, contact your support representative.
