HP Latex 570 intermediate tank not detecting

Dear Team, We have one Latex 570 machine and its intermediate tank is not detecting. Physically checked for any damages and there are no damages were found. All the colors were not detected. So we replaced the ISS PCA but still the intermediate tank not detecting. Kindly help us.

Here are my suggestions:

Make sure that the printer has the latest firmware.

Check visually for any damage to the ink cartridges.
