HP latex 64 Cutter issues - HELP

So we were cutting a job the cutter jammed. We cleared it but not the Screen just flashes and will not let us do anything. We have turned off and on, We have unplugged. How can we fix this???

#1 Hi @amanda7150, Try to check if any of pinch wheels moved after the crash/jam. Release the latch and turn it off and on again with the lever open. If this action does not solve the issue, it can be the OPOS sensor has to be adjusted mechanically or even changed, so you might need to contact HP Support.

Good Day Latex 64 plus is giving error message that it cannot read the OPOS and cant cut. Kindly assist at your latest posible time please

Hi @graftonengineering9920, It is possible that the media needs to be calibrated: Menu > System setup > Calibrations > Cal. Media. I hope this helps.
