Hi, i am fairly new to HP latex printers and i have come upon an issue, I have installed a new in date maintenance cartridge on my HP365 how ever the machine comes up with the following message. "THE MAINTENANCE CARTRIDGE IS NOT NEW. WOULD YOU LIKE TO REPLACE IT NOW?" I maybe missing something simple or could this be a more serious issue? Printer also will not complete a print head alignment and i was wondering if there could be a relationship between these two issues?
