Optimizer 800W

Been having an issue where I come in some mornings and the printer is notifying me that there is no optimizer cartridge connected to the printer but there definitely is. I've tried connecting a new cartridge but still get the same notification. Also cleaned the connector, restarted the printer. Not sure what else I can do.

Find attached a document with the checks to be done for this issue. However, if the issue persists, I recommend getting in touch with your support representative.
