Registration marks won't read

I am trying to cut out stickers with my HP latex 64 plus and it won't recognize the registration marks. I need help! I have tried moving in the print and allowing white space. Please help

It depends if you are doing it with a different media than you usually do. I would recommend calibrating the substrate (OPOS). It is explained in the User Guide on page 21. I hope this helps.

#2 it's my first time using it. It has yet to read the marks. I have calibrated it and still no luck

I would need to know the type of media you are using. The issue might be caused by its reflectiveness.
