T Shirt Printing on HP 335

HI, I am not able to load Chemica heat press material on my Latex 335 due to the media width being 20". Is there a solution to this. Regards, Percy

Hi @percy.kuka6203, The normal minimum substrate width is 23 inches (584 mm). To load substrates down to a minimum width of 10 inches (254 mm), go to the front panel and press the gear icon, then Substrate > Substrate handling options > Enable narrow substrate. With this option, print quality is not guaranteed. You should be able to load the media with this option.
