X-Rite and HP3000 Latex printers

Hello All, I'm trying to get the X-Rite i1Profiler program to see the HP3000 Latex printer. I can not work out how to get it to see it, as this printer runs off a rip.

Hi @Shane Wilson, If my understanding is correct, you are trying to use the spectrophotometer embedded in the HP Latex 3000 printer to be detected by the X-Rite i1Profiler software. If this is the case, it is not possible. The printer spectrophotometer can't be used by any external software.

#2 Hello Daniela, what I want to do is to be able to see the HP360 and HP3000 from the i1Profiler Program. as it asks me to select my printer. See the screenshot attached
