Print service provider TKP-Print invests in the HP Latex R1000

TKP-Print is a customer-oriented digital printing house in the center of Tikkurila, Vantaa. The company produces everything from business cards to trade fair stands, but the main focus is on small prints, stickers, and large image production. About a year ago, the company bought an HP Latex R1000 flatbed printer from Spandex Finland (formerly Seri-Deco).

TKP-Print's Marcus Wikström talks about his experiences: “The speed of the HP Latex R1000 flatbed printer has enabled even big runs, such as election ads on cellular plates. The white color used by the machine circulates inside the machine and individual color containers can be changed while printing is in progress”.

One thing that influenced the choice was also HP's serviceability by the user. The print heads can be replaced by yourself, even at a reasonably low price. The white print heads can also be conveniently stored when not in use. Putting it back is only about a 10-minute job. The white color, on the other hand, remains in the machine to circulate and there is no color waste.
