404 Error when saving settings

Hi,

Whenever I try to save settings at https://www.hpwallart.com/settings

the page results in a 404 and the settings are not saved.

This is stopping me from configuring my application connection correctly.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the 404 error, and could you enumerate us the steps that you take in order get this error, the more information you can provide us, the better we will assist you with this issue. If you can also give details about SO, web browser version, would be helpfull as well.
