I had posted a problem with our cutter roughly 3 months ago. I was looking for the post to update it with a solution FINALLY! I have had a huge amount of problems including "Marks Exceed Sheet Size", "Cannot find Undeteched Mark" and basically not cutting anything that was laminated. After multiple calls to tech support I finally was able to get a tech/trainer to physically appear. After much experimenting we determined that the heat was too high on the Printer. Once we adjusted the heat for the vinyl prints to 20° lower the cutter had no problem seeing the barcode and marks and cutting properly.
Please consider this solution if your cutter is having problems reading the marks and/or barcode.
