Blurred print

I've had my Latex 310 for over 6 years and the quality has always been fine. This week my printer has started printing with blurred images, solid colours and text as the attached images. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm nut sure why it's doing this. Thanks Mat.

Hi @personalisednation10014, This looks like a substrate advance issue. You should contact your support representative to adjust the substrate advance to the correct value if it is not correct. In the user guide, page 110, you can see how to print the substrate-advance check plot. Also, in case you are not doing it already, you should attach the substrate to the TUR.
