Hello my name is Julio Cesar,
I have a HP Latex 700W printer, two days ago I Started to have this problem, when the carriage start to print goes to the left side of the printer (where the cutter is) stops and send this message, I already clean and put some oil on the principal parts of the carriage and still have the same problem, I can´t print and doesn´t even work, as soon as I turn the printer On send the message and goes crazy, hope somebody can help me, Thank you.
