Double Sided banner printing on HP Latex 800W

Just wondering how you select the double sided printing option on the 800W. Before this machine I had worked with the Latex 560 and there was an option to select double sided printing on the front panel. Is this no longer an option on these newer models?

This option is currently not supported for the 700 and 800 Printer Series.

So then how am I supposed to print double sided then? Why did you guys take that option away when so many people were using it?
