Hi rar,

First of all we must know if this color is part of the HP Latex 310 color gamut. This depends on the machine and the pritmode you are using.

If you want to reproduce a color gamut printed with another machine, you can use the tools included in the RIP to do so. Normally, you can print a Pantone Color table and compare it with your color sample and select the most similar color rom the table to the one you have from the other printer.

If you need more in depth help, I will appreciate to know your RIP.

I have no problem of color, but the color of MUTOH was more vivid.

It was more glossy.

Can I printing more glossy color ????

Sure you can print more glossy color with an HP Latex Printer. One way to get it is reducing the % of optimizer. This will print more glossy colors, but if the reduction is too large, it can cause some grain.

Marc,

Can you walk a newbie like me through this process? New hp 310 owner here coming from thermals, using Flex RIP on the hp 310.

How do I get these dumped and printed?

Tom
