HP 700W: error code 0027-0001-0313

I'm receiving this error code today. I've cleaned the connectors both on the print head and in the port where the print head seats. Does this mean that I now need to replace the printhead?

To solve this error message proceed as follows: restart the printer; check that the printer has the latest firmware version. If the problem persists, contact your support representative.
