HP Latex 360- can’t join PrintOS

I just joined the latex family and while trying to add it to the PrintOS organization it prompted me that the printer is already joined to an organization I can only send a request..

I logged on the EWS and unregistered the two that were showing up but still can’t add printer to the app.

Any help?

Can you please advise the serial number of the printer and provide a screenshot of the error? Alternatively, you can drop us an email with this information at lkc@hp.com.
