I bought your equipment (HP Latex 700W) for tens of thousands of dollars - but I can't use it. I need to print window clings using the Onyx app. Do you have the normal instructions for this - text + graphics? All I found was just poor videos of bloggers on YouTube. Just an unsystematized stream of consciousness... Does HP generally provide professional support for its products? Who should I contact?

Can someone give me good advice? I did everything according to your guide - nothing works. My printer is less than six months old - for some reason the warranty period for white ink has already expired. A "lock" sign appeared on the white cartridges. Does that mean they can't be used?
