Repeated Contour/Line at end of print

this happens completely randomly - but a few times a week our 800W will repeat either the end of the contour cut line multiple times elongating the print about 5-8" or repeat the outline edge of the print to a similar length. Why is this?

Hi @meganburkhardt, I suggest installing the FW and the rip drivers. If the issue is random it could be related to the connexion trailing cable/carriage PCA. However, for this HW-related case you need to contact your support representative.
