Solid Black Horizontal Line

Hey all, My art director who ran my HP latex 360 quit and walked off the job Wed.. I have gotten everything up and running, excpet when printing, we keep getting a horizontal black bar at random locations in the Vinyl. We received a printer head change alert, and have changed it, but the problem is persisting. My ability has been limited to forumns and videos until I can get the seller out to retrain me/my staff. Any tips on why this black retangular bar is showing up in the print? I have two wraps to get done by Wednesday and the dang thing isn't cooperating. lol I have searched the forumn and not seen my particular problem. Help! ~Bouncing Back in IL.

Hi Shane_Moore, Can you please provide me the following information before doing any statement? Picture showing the IQ issue. Frequency of this horizontal band. Is the IQ issue visible just in a specific job/plot or in all of them? Which kind of PH alert have they seen? Which PH?
