Dual roll shafts

Can I use the dual roll shaft with one width of substrate or is it best to only use them when printing dual roll jobs.

Is your issue resloved? any recommendation how to solve this issue.? Can any one please help?

It is possible to use one with of substrate with the dual roll shaft, there are some recomendations when you use this configuration with one width of substrate:

• The minimum width of substrate should be 635 mm (25 in)

• You have to use the roll-to-roll configuration as it is the only configuration supported

• The roll should be loaded on the IPS side of the printer

• You shoud lock the differential in the middle of the spindle, using the lever on the left-hand side
