HP Latex 800W Print reflective vinyl problem.

Dear All, Any people can print reflective vinyl on HP Latex 800W. Because I try to roll the reflective vinyl on Latex 800W. The vinyl can't move . have problem of the printer.Can't print. Any body have same problem?
