Substrate Library - Can't find media I have..

I have a media called Briteline Multigrip used for outdoor applications on concrete, etc. Media is loaded in HP 365 but cannot find the substrate on profile. Any ideas?

This media is not certified. We recommend the following substrate presets to download trought media locator. These substrate profiles are recommended for indoor and short-term outdoor applications:

• 3275 TexBanner Pro 320 Matt AQ

• HP Double-sided Blockout Banner

I was able to find the media ICC profile from the company, but once I download it, how do I apply to printer?

This is done from the RIP. Which one are you using: Onyx, Caldera, Ergosoft...?

These are the steps to follow (also available in the user guide):

• Import the ICC in SaiFlexi HP Edition 19
• Embed it in the print mode under the needed Substrate
• Sync the RIP with the printer
