Unable to create organisation or download any profiles for 630 w

I have just had a latex 630 w installed and when I go to PrintOS I am unable to create an organisation. When I try to create one, it asks for machine code. I click the 'Help me find my code', I elect my printer and it says 'This device does not support codes'. Without creating an organisation, I find the profile I want, I click to download and I get this error: {"smsError":{"statusCode":401,"message":"Unauthorized call","moreInfoUrl":null,"developerInfo":null,"subCode":0,"serviceName":null}}

Please help, I've tried on Mac and PC, safari, chrome and Edge.. nothing works...

Please open a case in PrintoOS under the support section and share the case ID. See attached the procedure to do so. I can contact our team once I have the ID.
