Very satisfied
I've just spent 4 hours trying to get a printhead to work (had 2 extras, one expired, one not). I couldn't get either one to work, so fortunately was able to clean the old one that I just took out and put it back in. Now I want to get my money back for the faulty printhead that is not expired, but it's not an easy process. Can I have a phone number, a contact, or anything to guide me how to get my money back for this?
