The l360 must be the most expensive junk we have ever bought. it is an ongoing battle to get it to work, day after day. The moron who invented the loading system should be shot in a public square. Unless your substrate is on the "thicker side" you will have trouble all the time. The latest buzz with this piece of junk is "Substrate mispositioned" issue, you load the substrate, do your print, and then you get that silly message so you have to unload and load again, and since the loading system is crap on this machine, you start to lose your temper day after day. We bought this printer for $37000 dollars and yet we receive ZERO support.
STAY AWAY from HP products. HP has gone down and it's not recovering.
