HPR1000 Printing on 40" .030 Flexible Magnet

We've run .030 magnet without issues when the roll is 24" wide, but at 40" we get head strikes.

Does anyone have the same problem?

With the information provided, the issue could be related to the skew. Using narrow media makes it easier to control the skew, but maybe with the wide media, you are loading it with a bit of skew, and this is causing the edges to raise with the air flows. Are you using the Media Edge Holders? Using them could improve the process.
