Image is not centered on media but centered on RIP software ( Latex 560

We've been having an issue with the image not being centered on the media. Its centered on the RIP software ( Onyx - postershop)

Our recommendations are the following:

1. Follow the User Manual for 500 series recommendations for Assisted Manual Load process (see the 2 images attached). Important: fix the Skew acceptance to 2mm or 3mm.

2. Check the line sensor. The line sensor might be dirty or not measuring correctly. As this type of maintenance and actions to check the line sensor are performed by HP Service, in case you can't fix the issue with the previous recommendation, you should get in touch with your support representative for further investigation.
