Known Issues with length tracking?

A customer have reported that sometimes the length tracking do not count, or count wrong values (e. g.starting with 50m, and the roll runs empty while the tracker shows 20m of unused length.

Are there any known issues or informations about the precision of length tracking?

Thank you for the feedback. I've spoken with the team and they will try to fix this issue in a future firmware release. I will let you know when this firmware will come out.
