l25500 printing problem

Hallo. Can somebody help me . I have some mark om vinyl printing . On paper or canvas is no marks. It seems to be from pinch roler iff i cleand them with alchool is get worst.

If cleaning the pinches the issue worsens we cannot trouble shoot without further information. Please contact you service center so they can look into the issue and see what is going on the printer.
