HP 1500 error code 11.05.03:04

Printer was printing fine and then the data stopped sending in the middle of a print and stopped printing. Tested it in diagnostics mode and everything checked out fine. Went back to run it normally and it wouldn't run anymore.

Hi @steven.liu19069, You need to follow these steps: Move the carriage to the service position (similar to when you need to replace a PH) Remove the MY PH Check the LED on the Printhead Interconnect board (see image attached): DS1 green, DS15 green Turn off the printer Reseat all the cables on the PH Turn on the printer If it's still failing, contact your support representative.
