Wordpress plugin

Hello, can you help me to make communication between WordPress Plugin and HP WallArt? My site is - print.book4.com.ua In Workflow intergation i'm select URL identifier - svmc - as i understand i can write any identifier? Then i'm enter in the plugin my data - WallArt user, WallArt password and HP WallArt Base Url - svmc. After Update data i see error like in Identifier_Error.jpg image. When i remove HP WallArt Base Url i see result like in Plugin_OK.jpg But i can't see any product in our web-page. Web-site.jpg

It's a normal work of HP WallArt plugin?

#3 Hello HP-Sonia I alsoo use the HP Wallart plug in. I had everything connectet. Now I changed the configuration and when I try to update data I get a Error message: Die Website hat technische Schwierigkeiten. Bitte das E-Mail-Postfach des Website-Administrators prüfen, um dort weitere Anweisungen zu finden. It shows the correct status of the Settings in WallArt account and the Status but in the Plug in the data is incorrect.

Good morning, I am integrating HP WallArt to my page with WordPress, and in the tutorial found at this link https://hpwallart.com/developers/wordpress_plugin/en At the point "Communication between WordPress Plugin and your HP WallArt account ", says that for the plugin to work, three parameters have to be entered, as seen in the attached photo 1: WallArt User (e-mail account), WallArt password and HP WallArt base Url, and to find this Last parameter, the tutorial tells us that it is a URL Identifier, and that it is found in Settings> System configuration, as seen in the attached photo 2, but when entering my account, in Settings> System configuration, there is no the URL Identifier, as seen in the attached photo 3. I hope you can collaborate to know how to get the URL Identifier, since it is the only step that I need to integrate HP WallArt to my website. My details are: Name: Jimmy Eduardo Rodriguez Lopera WallArt user: rodriguez.lopera@gmail.com Printer model: HP Latex 360 Printer Printer serial number: MY45C39015

Hi @rodriguez.lopera7523, The URL identifier you need is actually under 'Workflow Integration' in your settings, not 'System Configuration'. Let me know how you go. JB.

Hello @happy wheelspoligraph6410 Additionally, I make use of the HP Wallart plug. I had everything wired up. Due to a recent configuration change, I am now receiving the error message "Die Website hat technische Schwierigkeiten" whenever I attempt to update any data. Please check the website administrator's email for further instructions. The data in the Plug in is incorrect, but it displays the correct status of the Settings in the WallArt account and the Status.
