Substrate Mispositioned

Hello, I have a latex 570 printer that has been telling that the substrate is mispositioned after I print a job. It will not let me cut it with the cutter, and I have to go into settings- substrate - reseat substrate to be able to get it to go back to the green light and cut it. We had a tech come out and replace the line sensor yesterday. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what they did to fix it?

Hello @emma.lesuer6936 If an HP Technician came to fix the printer and you still have the same issue, you should call him again, in order to understand what should be done next.
